A Session Fee is payable for all photography bookings made with Theory Five Photography and is due within 7 days of the booking being confirmed and, in all cases, prior to the photography session taking place, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where it has been agreed in writing that the Session Fee will be included as part of the purchase of Prints, Glass Products, or Canvases, the Session Fee will be incorporated into the total cost of those products.

Clients are required to place their product order within 30 days of the photography session date.

During this 30-day period, clients may select and purchase their preferred photographs and products, including digital images, prints, framed artwork and other available products.

Session Fee

If no qualifying product order has been placed within 30 days of the session date, a Session Fee invoice will be issued. The Session Fee will then be payable in accordance with the payment terms stated on the invoice.

The Session Fee applies where a client has not placed a qualifying product order within the 30-day ordering period and where the Session Fee has not otherwise been incorporated into an agreed product purchase.

Gallery & Image Selection

Client galleries are provided for viewing and image selection where applicable. Images included as part of a session package will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.

Additional images, complete gallery upgrades, prints, framed artwork and other products are available for purchase at the applicable prices.

Payment

All invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice. Products will only proceed to production or delivery once the required payment has been received.

Where a Session Fee has been incorporated into an agreed product purchase, the Session Fee forms part of the total product purchase price.

Ordering Period

The 30-day ordering period commences from the date the photography session takes place. Clients are encouraged to contact Theory Five Photography if they require additional time or assistance with their selections.

If no qualifying product order has been placed within the 30-day period, Theory Five Photography will issue a Session Fee invoice.

Theory Five Photography reserves the right to amend or extend the ordering period at its discretion and on a case-by-case basis.
